2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a phhug account:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active phhug account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phhug reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to hold duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your phhug account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change, including your contact information and payment details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhug login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phhug will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Account Suspension. phhug reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or any conduct that may harm the integrity of the platform or other players.
4.1 phhug is required to verify the identity of all account holders in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phhug accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
Prohibited Payment Methods. phhug does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the phhug cashier page and may be updated from time to time. phhug reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal review. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on phhug are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phhug is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phhug reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction.
6.1 phhug may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

11.3 phhug's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phhug account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude phhug's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
14.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, phhug reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
